Students have learned that graffiti left untouched sends a clear message to graffiti vandals: No-One Care; therefore even more will be tolerated. Others have learned that significant reductions or near elimination of graffiti incidences can be achieved through education and prevention. Such a response demonstrates that people do care about their community and have accepted personal repsonsibility for protecting it's quality of life.

By using this program, students can learn a variety of education and prevention strategies.
