Athletic Physicals

Students entering 7th, 9th, and 11th grades who will be participating in Athletics - need to have a new physical before they can participate.

Athletes in 8th,10th, and 12th need to update their medical history.

The forms can be found at http://www.uil.utexas.edu/athletics/forms/ under Medical forms. Please print the form to take to the doctor for the exam. If anyone has questions, please contact Troy Scott at 903.681.0727

What's happening in the District?

Athens High School will be having new student registration on:
August 9, 2010 from 9:00am-12:00pm
August 10, 2010 from 3:00pm-6:00pm
Students will need to bring:
proof of residency

shot record,
birth certificate

social security card

August 17, 2010 is Fish camp
for all incoming freshman from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
They will tour the campus and pick up their schedules.

August 18, 2010 all 10th-12th graders
can pick up their schedules from 2:00pm-4:00pm

Athens Intermediate School
Meet the Teacher night

Wednesday, August 18th

5:00 - 6:00 for 4th Grade

6:15 - 7:15 for 5th Grade

Parents should assemble in gym first for brief remarks from the campus principal and introductions of staff, and then will be dismissed to meet teachers in their classrooms.

Athens Middle School Hornet Camp

Thursday, August 19 (5:00 – 7:00 pm) and
Saturday, August 21 ( 10:00 – 12:00 pm)
This is “ open house” for students and parents to pick up their schedules and tour the building.
